- The phone must be an AT&T USA device
- The phone must not be reported Lost, Stolen, Blacklisted or Barred
- The phone must be out of contract and all your AT&T bills related to the device must be paid off before requesting the unlock.
- Fourteen (14) days must have passed since your last AT&T account upgrade
- The phone must have been activated on AT&T and used with payments for more than six months. No new devices.
- The phone must request for an unlock when a non AT&T sim is placed in it
- The phone must have no recent history of failed unlock attempts.
- Most unlocks are done in minutes, but in some rare cases it may take up to 5 business days to process the unlock.
- You are required to submit your IMEI in the appropriate field during purchase. By purchasing this item, you confirm you have read the terms and conditions and accept them.
- This is a wireless service, nothing needs to be sent to you. You won't need a code, everything will be done from our end. All you'll need to do is place a non AT&T sim card into the device after we notify you that it is unlocked.
- This service cannot be canceled once we have submitted your IMEI. A cancelation mid unlock will lead to your device being permanently blacklisted. Please make sure your phone asks for an unlock, there will be no refund if we ran the IMEI and your phone doesn't ask for one.
- Only make a purchase if your device qualifies as clean as per the note above. There is no refund/cancelation if your device is not clean. This is why it is mentioned in the title and emphasized.
- Do not make a purchase for any of the excluded devices mentiond above (iPhone 5, 4, 3 and 14 series).
- Do not make a purchase if multiple unlockers from any other platform outside Utenge failed to unlock the device for you or if you tried (and failed) to unlock the device. Those failed attempts are logged on the Apple servers and make it almost impossible to unlock your device.
